Context is everything. For me, working in a context is a richer experience with a more meaningful result than producing art for art’s sake.
The context: Im happily married with five kids living in the chassidic community of Crown Heights Brooklyn NY.
The broader context: I’ve seen and experienced lots of things before I got to where I am – so I take on projects and work of many kinds (not just Jewish/Chassidic) because everything has a place and a connection. Being a visual translator via illustration and animation is what I try for 🙂
